Sparrowhawk New Zealand Ltd is a Company formed in 2005 to facilitate the provision of practical small arms competition, recreation and training. The range of SparrowhawkNZ course curriculum covers entry level and novice to advanced firearm safety skills in rifle, handgun, shotgun and precision rifle for competition, agriculture, workplace safety, pest control or sporting applications.
Long Range Open Days
Where: Located in the hills behind Albury,15min from Fairlie , 45 min from Timaru.
When: Held on the second Saturday of each month, 10AM - 4PM.
Cost: $50
A supervised field shooting environment perfect for Long Range shooting and anyone wanting to set up their rifles or prepare for competition. All targetry is provided some challenges may be set on the day or you can spend the time you need to set up and practice or socialise with other shooters.

4WD Vehicle access only onto range.
Permanent steel targets provided at 400, 500, 600, 700 to 1500, 1609(mile) and 2000m
Ballistic Software trueing target at 800m
Range open 0900 – 1500hrs.
cost: Range access $50 per day.
Coaching Package $150 for personal coaching for the morning and range access for the afternoon sessions.
